Connecting people and ideas in novel ways by creating gatherings, practices & frameworks that nurture a sense of collective warmth, curiosity and agency.

This was initially done by curating content, hosting in person events and building a network of collaborators.
In the process a cultural hub was born. Find Enlight continues to be committed to creating meaningful projects that enrich and give guidance to people, organisations and community projects nurturing the cultural commons as a whole.
Find Enlight is deeply rooted in practices of continuous open learning with warmth, curiosity in exploring what is possible and giving people a sense of agency. These practices over time have turned into socially beneficial projects like gatherings, frameworks, artefacts & much more.

These are some of the guiding qualities we try to nurture, when we are approaching a project, collaboration or brief.

Fostering a sense of Pro activeness, creativity, discipline, experiential, learning through practice, consistency and much more.
We also try to Avoid
False certainty, being over the top in our presentation, attention hijacking and moving at a blind speed.
The projects we create are lighthearted relationally driven spaces for curiosity, connection & agency to flourish. We don't claim to be collective therapy / we are not transactionally driven or simply about theory but practice and peer engagement / we are not a monolithic fix to our world challenges but a process of deep and humble enquiry.
