Embodied Rage Space - Held IRL in London on Tuesdays. Through facilitated discussion and boxing/Muay Thai as a tool for expression, this space for racialised/global majority people will explore and practice our connections with rage.
Support Space for Palestinians & Allies - Held online via Zoom on Sundays. This support space for Palestinians will share gentle and light supportive technqiues for grief and distress, while offering space for sharing.
Community Art Therapy for Palestinians, Sudanese, Congolese Communities & Racialised Allies - Held IRL in London on Thursdays. Roah is a bilingual Palestinian artist, art psychotherapist, and counsellor driven by their roots, lived experience, and social justice.

Community Art Therapy for Movement Burnout - Held IRL in London on Thursdays. This session, held by Roah, is for organisers working towards Palestinian liberation to explore current challenges in a supportive space.
Tai Chi & Qigong for Resistance & Anti-Oppression - Held IRL in London on Mondays. As an ‘internal’ martial art, Tai Chi teaches practitioners to better live inside their bodies, to better regulate responses to external stimuli, and to harness the potential of relaxation and softening of the body.
Who We Are For 👉🏾 Our sessions prioritise, hold, see and safeguard Black communities, people of colour, those who are working class, Muslim, QTIPOC, non-binary, disabled and sick people. Unless specified, our spaces are open to trusted white allies.
